Caitlin19 July 2026Our family stayed here for 2 weeks and I cannot praise this place enough! It was fantastic! We also paid for the chef service for breakfast and snacks every day as well as 6 dinners during our stay, Jacki and Anni were INCREDIBLE! Their food rivaled the restaurants we went to! Suemy who came every day to clean was so meticulous and the house was always clean and beautiful. Everyone involved with the hospitality at this villa were AMAZING. 10/10. A special shout out to Sandra as well, who was our personal concierge. She was always available 24/7 for anything we needed, from hailing cabs to the house to making dinner reservations for us and even sourcing a custom photo frame for a gift to our mom for the trip. :) She even went to the local print shop to print the photo for us. Villa Eden, Ronen and all the staff were incredible. The property exceeded expectations. Pool and hot tub were attended to multiple times during our stay. Kitchen is beautiful and well stocked with everything you expect. Ocean access is perfect for a kayak trip or evening snorkel. Bliss25 November 2025We had a great stay at Villa Eden. We were visiting for my husband to compete in Ironman and the house was right on the bike course which was perfect! We really enjoyed having both the ocean and the pool at our disposal. Genny was wonderful and we enjoyed seeing her every day and eating some of her delicious meals. We did have an issue when we arrived, but Ronan and others were quick to accommodate us. I would definitely recommend Villa Eden, it has everything you need for a relaxing vacation!Posted on Vrbo.com

Lala31 August 2025This was another girls trip to Cozumel, we have stayed, a few times at, one of the other Villas and have never been disappointed. The entire staff was wonderful as well as the chefs, (Sandra"s Kitchen) did an excellent job with our breakfasts and dinners. The one air conditioner was not working correctly the day we arrived and was replaced the morning of the next day. Our only slight disappointment was with the quality of the ocean water. Several days it was off color due to the proximity of the mangrove trees. Beautiful place. It was our first time coming to the island and rather than staying at a touristy hotel we chose to stay at a home and it really did feel like a house. Our four kids had an amazing time, snorkeling out front swimming in the pool Jenny and her staff made us beautiful meals every day with fresh fruit and fresh ingredients. There was enough room for all of us to have our own space but also be able to spend time together it was so fun seeing all the iguanas and hermit crabs crawling around the property. Jerry18 June 2025It's our 5th stay in the house, over a decade. The air conditioning was all working well which was nice for our time of year in the house. House was clean, rooms were clean and well kept. We could get right in the ocean and it is about 4ft deep off of the dock and easy to swim out to deeper ocean if needed. There is a lot to like about the place for sure If I had to say anything that could be improved would be the pool area & pool furniture was kind of weathered... again not bad. The water pressure in the showers along with hot water consistency could be improved but it is a 5 bedroom and sometimes we were all going at the same time. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare anything. We hired cooks for a few dinners and they were fabulous, they were on time, clean and the food was fresh and awesome!! We also asked to have the house pre-stocked with our grocery list when we arrived and that happened as requested -- all in GREAT time!Posted on Airbnb

The house is beautiful, open, and just steps from the sea—ideal for morning coffee and sunset chats. Fulvio was a fantastic host and provided all the information we needed with great recommendations. We especially loved the optional private chef! The food was delicious and well worth it. The location is peaceful and private yet close enough for a taxi to shops and restaurants. Beautiful house and property - only negative was construction This is the second time we've rented this house and it has been signficantly upgraded since our last stay in 2017. The house is beautiful and the grounds are spectacular. Gorgeous waterfront and lovely pool. We loved using the kayaks and paddleboards on the ocean behind the property and we did a lot of snorkeling with the equipment we brought. The property manager was very responsive and helpful, the housekeeper and landscaper did an excellent job, and Sandra's cooking service was amazing. Great food and attentive service at a very good price. The only downside was the very loud construction happening next door, just over the property line. A new house is being built there. The crew was blaring music and using jackhammers for at least 8 hours a day on most of the days we were there. It made the pool much less fun to use. It was not as loud at the waterfront. It's the only reason I'm not giving this a 5-star review. Bedrooms or spacious and comfortable, bedding, soft. The house had great proximity from the indoors to the pool to the beach and beach towels were included and plenty of lawn chairs. We use Senders’s kitchen for all dinners and breakfast and they also provided a daily lunch snack, which was outstanding. They played serve and clean up. We also use the concierge service who scheduled us transportation to and from airport and answered various other questions. The cleaners, groundskeeper and chefs, were all a delight to have around the house, we were spoiled and well taken care of. Each of us have agreed we would bring family back here as well as another girls trip. Verified traveler9 February 2025Absolutely perfect Villa Grace is an absolutely beautiful property on a lovely beach. Whoever the architect was, they designed it with so many thoughtful details. We came as a family with adult children. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Everyone could gather comfortably in so many spaces indoors and out, yet have plenty of space to separate when needed. It is very well maintained and all the staff social with the Villa are very lovely people. It was a perfect vacation. We hired Sandra’s Litchen for our meals and the food was delicious and it made our vacation very special. The food was excellent, and the staff was more than friendly. The maid that came daily was the BEST!! She did an excellent job and was very courteous and friendly. The requests for massages on site for multiple people over multiple days was executed as requested and without any issue. She was there everyday except Sunday and the house was always neat and clean . You can’t ask for anything more. It was a great experience for our first time in Cozumel. One thing that you should definitely have for Cozumel is bug spray for the mosquitoes. The people there are very nice and once you get used to driving the roads with the amount of Mopeds it is easy to get around. The staff was fantastic, communication with the owners was easy. We enjoyed snorkeling behind the property, sunsets were incredible, the pool was great. Multiple seating spaces outside were great. Kitchen had everything we needed. The main living space furniture is appealing to the eye but not comfortable at all and certainly not enough for a larger group like ours. Augustine the recommended driver was a huge contributor to our time at the property. He was always available & welcoming, reasonably priced & trustworthy (we were comfortable leaving things in the van with him), he often would wait at places while we dined or shopped, he recommended numerous places for us to go or dine and they did not disappoint. Villa Eden is absolutely gorgeous! The staff were excellent and accommodating. Highly recommend the concierge, Sandra!! So helpful with recommendations, reservations, transportation logistics. Genny is a GEM! Great food. The bartenders they suggested that we hire were awesome and made delicious cocktails. There was some evidence of water leaking in the primary bedroom. The staff was so sweet and even baked a delicious cake for my wife's birthday. I definitely recommend adding the chef service, all the food was amazing and had the local flavor. There were 11 of us in this house and had plenty of room. I recommend booking the chef services. Eddie and Nancy prepared the best food and were so pleasant to have in the house. The water was a bit murky when we first arrived due to a storm that had just passed, but you could walk to a protected cove just down the beach that had crystal clear water. The ocean cleared out after a couple of days, and when it wasn’t what we wanted the pool made up for it. We hired the chef, which we highly recommend, Anni was the best! Gerry took great care of the grounds and the housekeeper, Ceyla, was excellent. We took advantage of Sandra Medina, the concierge, for booking taxis, renting a guitar and recommending things to do. Finally, we also rented the Fjord and had an amazing ocean tour with snorkeling and a sunset dinner at a sandbar. Truly amazing! Highly recommended!Posted on Airbnb

Jeff23 July 2023Villa Eden is a great place to stay in Cozumel. The common rooms and bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and well air conditioned. The house has great indoor outdoor flow all the way out to the ocean. You can't swim too far out because of boat traffic but there are shallow areas of reef right at the shore, especially to the left as you enter the ocean. Our group took lots of quick dips and mini snorkels there. We hired the chefs who cooked delicious food and we're very accommodating. The house also comes with daily cleaning so it always looked great. We used taxis for a couple days and rented a car for a couple days.. Either way was very easy. This property is absolutely amazing. It is spacious and luxurious. The bedrooms are huge with comfortable spacious king sized bed and the living room and kitchen are equally as spacious and comfortable. You step out the sliding glass doors to a wonderful patio and pool and then just steps from the white sands and water. We hired the private chef (Jorge) too and that was one of the best decisions we ever made. The caretaker on site was so helpful and made sure everything was in place and helped us with cabs and other local advice. The house was wonderful, the grounds were well kept, the view was beautiful and the staff was more than accommodating. We ended up doing the private chef service for the week and it was well worth it. Eddie & Nancy were so wonderful and the food was fabulous. Victor , the gardner was so nice and helpful on a daily basis. Ester, the housekeeper came everyday and left the house spotless. I would highly recommend Villa Sara to anyone. Every room was meticulously planned, with its own balcony, the most comfortable bed with both a fluffy pillow and a less thick pillow (options!), gorgeous master bath with waterfall shower, individual temperature control in each bedroom, and wonderful cleaning/gardening/pool staff turning the space into an impeccable paradise again day after day. The private beach access was lovely and a great place to enjoy some sandy beach on the island. If you are looking to just get away and decompress, this is your place. Note that the Villa is on the far south side of the island where restaurants are sparse, so it’s about 20min from town, and a car is recommended. The Mega Soriana supermarket is on the way and a great place to stock up the fridge, or you can hire the private chefs too. The house was immaculate and the the landscaping was beautiful. The house was well appointed and decorated beautifully. Jerry was extemely helpful, always had a smile on his face and always available. Sala kept the house in tip top shape. There was no downside to this vacation rental whatsoever. I do recommend that you use Sandra's Kitchen. Lucy and Mariel had meals ready and waiting at the requested hours and every single person in our group of 10 said that the food they prepared equaled or was better than the fine dining restaurants on the island. We also hired chefs through Sandra's kitchen which made for a comfortable eating experience. Most of the bedrooms had a mildew smell, which I suppose is understandable in a tropical environment. Unfortunately, one of the lasting memories of our stay were two of my family members injuring themselves on a missing step on the path into the water. One family member bloodied up his lower leg badly and another family member ended up falling and hitting her head and chest. He seems to have systems in place that offer everything you need and more to make your trip unforgettable. Communication is easy, and available. We plan to be here every year we can afford to.A few really special things to note. The snorkeling is fantastic off your private dock in the backyard and it's nice to have the paddle boards and kayaks available. The hot tub and pool are comfortable and warm. It was a dream house and a dream vacation thanks to how beautiful, clean, well-kept, and spacious the house was. We hired Eddie and Nancy to cook for us and that was the cherry on top to the stunning location and home that honestly felt more like a resort experience than a homestay. We soaked up every single ounce of sun on the private dock and swam all day in the ocean and had plenty of fun on the paddleboards and kayaks! We can not recommend this home and host enough. This was truly the perfect vacation and we will absolutely be back because the details were impeccable. Thank you Ronen, Fulvio, and team who made our stay so enjoyable. Our chefs Eddie and Nancy were the highlight of the vacation! Ariel the property manager met us there and did a great job explaining everything. A couple of things to note, the villa next door is very close and you share the dock so can get a bit noisy. The tile next to the house by the pool is extremely slippery and my father in law fell on the first morning and spent the rest of the vacation in the hospital. The pool crew, yard crew and maid are there most of the day so a little intrusive, but was fine. We stayed at Villa Sara for a week in celebration of my 50th birthday. Our party ranged from kids (from 4 months to 11 years old, to parents, to grandparents. We all enjoyed the common areas inside and out, took advantage of the infinity pool, and snorkeling in the ocean. We elected to leverage Sandra's Kitchen for the full chef's package. Miguel and Miguel, our two chef's worked tirelessly providing delicious, healthy meals, starting early in the morning and finishing well past dinner. More notably, as we were eating and our 4 month old would decide he needed attention, Miguel and Miguel sprung into action and held our little guy to help calm him down. Just awesome. Finally, we were able to be picked up for our dives with ScubaTony directly from the property. This was a huge advantage as my wife and I snuck away from the kids to get a few hours away to pursue our desire to get underwater.
